Final Logistics Management - From confirming bump-in and bump-out schedules to managing last-minute changes, every logistical detail is coordinated to prevent surprises on the day.

On-the-Day Operations - During the event, all behind-the-scenes activity is managed by Florence & Co Creative. Katie oversees run-sheet delivery, manages suppliers, troubleshoots issues, and ensures the schedule runs to time, allowing internal teams to focus on guests, presentations, and leadership duties without distraction.
