With nearly two decades of experience delivering standout events across government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Katie has built her career at the intersection of logistics, creativity and confident under-pressure execution.
Before launching Florence & Co Creative, she spent more than 14 years producing high-impact events from both sides of the curtain, spearheading national roadshows, major STEM showcases and innovation conferences for organisations like CSIRO, Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and Digital Careers.
Katie has managed events hosting over 80,000 participants annually, curated programs across multiple cities, coordinated complex speaker lineups ensuring every detail ran seamlessly from bump-in to wrap-up.
Florence & Co Creative was born out of this breadth of experience and a genuine love for the craft.
Today, Katie works directly with corporate, government, and not-for-profit clients to bring clarity, structure and confidence to every event she delivers.
